Over a month-long period, the Red River Métis Business Development Corporation hired us to create seven company profile videos for their inaugural Red River Métis Business Gala Awards, celebrating entrepreneurs across Manitoba. Our journey took us as far north as Churchill to highlight diverse Métis businesses in various categories. One standout story is that of Andréanne (Anne) Mulaire Dandeneau, founder of the sustainable and size-inclusive fashion brand Anne Mulaire. Driven by respect for people and the planet, Anne’s nature-inspired clothing reflects her Anishinaabe/French Métis heritage. It is created on Treaty 1 territory, honouring Canada’s French, Indigenous, and Métis cultures. Join us in celebrating the passion, resilience, and innovation of these remarkable Métis entrepreneurs.
